The products available for sale on this website are subject to these terms and conditions. By purchasing products on this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and you are bound by the version available on the site at the date of purchase. You confirm that all information you have provided is accurate and true.

We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business or other consequential, special or indirect loss arising out of the use of any product purchased from this site.

We make every effort to ensure that the information on our site is accurate and up to date. We will promptly correct any errors brought to our attention. If you find an error please contact us via email and we will rectify any problems as soon as possible.

We can accept no responsibility for information or opinions from third-parties, contained within this site, or for the content of links from this site.

All images, descriptive matter and specifications advertised on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. The European Golf website is totally secure. All online orders are processed using industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) with 128-bit certification technology. All your personal information is encrypted including your name, address and other critically-sensitive data such as your credit or debit card details. This means that information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read by anyone else, even in the event that it is intercepted. The SSL technology is signified by the small padlock either in the status window at the bottom of the screen or within the address bar at the top of the web page. You can verify our certificate by clicking on the padlock.

If you do not wish to order online then please see Offline Orders process below. During your shopping visit items you select are placed into a shopping basket. When you have finished shopping select Checkout located on the right hand side of the page.

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of receipt, unless stated otherwise. European Golf is not the manufacturer of the Products sold on this website but warrants that (subject to other provision of these conditions) the Products will be of a satisfactory quality and free from defects for the period of one year from the date of purchase/installation. This warranty shall not affect any rights of the Customer if a consumer.

Orders

European Golf endeavors to ensure that all items advertised on this website are available for prompt delivery. Occasionally, an item may be out of stock due to high demand or a delay from the manufacturer but this is very rare and will only be a temporary situation. European Golf will contact you to tell you when stock will become available again. We will advise you by your preferred contact method (email or telephone) if a product is likely to be unavailable for longer than 21 days (3 weeks) following the placing of your order.

We normally despatch within 7 days and we will despatch all orders as soon as all items ordered become available.

Online Orders

All prices stated on our website are subject to change without notice.

You can buy items online via a secure ordering system. We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DELTA and MAESTRO cards. Please note non UK buyers we will not be able to process your order via card online as we will need to determine the charges to ship to international destinations prior to the order completion.

You are transferred to a secure section of the site (see description above). Please complete the details as requested. When fully completed, click on "Confirm Order" button.

You will receive an automated e-mail response confirming that your order has been processed.

At the same time, we will receive notification of your order. Your credit card is processed by Secpay , and the items picked and packed ready to ship.

We delete all electronic records of your credit card number and personal details. We keep a copy of the invoice and the credit card receipt

Payment Methods

Where payment is made by credit or debit card, you authorise us to debit your card with the total cost of the products selected plus delivery costs and VAT. Any refunds made in respect of returns or cancellation will be made to the same card. If your card cannot be verified or is any way unacceptable, the order will be cancelled immediately.

European Golf will charge your credit or debit card on receipt of your order prior to dispatch. Unless credit terms have been agreed the total price including VAT is payable upon placing the order. We do not keep any information regarding your credit and debit cards once they have been processed.

Delivery Options

European Golf Ltd uses our trusted and insured courier service to ship all of our items. A signature will be required on delivery so please ensure you specify a delivery address where someone will be available 9 - 5, Mon to Fri.

European Golf Ltd will aim to deliver the items by the agreed delivery date. European Golf shall not be liable for any loss or damage occurring through failure to meet such date. The items may be delivered in advance of the delivery date on giving reasonable notice to the customer.

We will email you on the day of shipping to confirm that your item has been shipped and it has therefore left our warehouse.

All prices shown include standard delivery within UK Mainland unless stated otherwise. Extra charges will apply to orders for delivery outside this area or for special delivery arrangements. Please contact us for details prior to confirming your order. We are happy to arrange overseas shipments.

Delivery Attempts:

Deliveries will be sent to the delivery address specified on the order and the customer must ensure that someone will be at that address on agreed delivery date to accept the order, which will require a signature at the point of delivery. If the courier is unable to obtain a signature on delivery they will leave a calling card asking you to contact your local depot to arrange a redelivery. You must contact your local depot within 5 days of them leaving the calling card or the item will automatically be returned to us and you will be responsible for the return postage costs (usually equal to the original delivery costs), as well as the initial postage costs. If you miss the courier on the day you requested for redelivery European Golf shall be entitled to charge the customer a re-delivery charge - you must contact us via email requesting a 3rd delivery attempt at which point we will require payment of the re-delivery charge. We'll then contact the couriers and authorise the delivery attempt for you.

Items Damaged in Transit:

All items are sent with an insured courier service. If the item appears to have damage to the outer packaging upon arrival you must sign for the item as "damaged" and contact us via email within 48 hours.

Collections:

If the customer would prefer European Golf is pleased to offer a collection service directly from our warehouse. Please contact us prior to placing your order to ensure the stock is available for collection and to arrange a mutually convenient date and time.

Title to the product passes at the time of dispatch or collection from our warehouse. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused during delivery. This is covered by the shipping insurance.

Returns Policy

European Golf Ltd ask that goods returned to us because of an "unwanted gift" or a "change of mind" are returned in an unused and re-saleable condition, including the undamaged product packaging.

Please understand that we cannot accept a return on an item which has been used or with damaged packaging or has anything missing. If our returns department cannot accept your return, we will return the goods back to yourself and a further delivery charge will be incurred.

Please ensure the returned item is packed safely and securely.

Any postage costs on sending the item will not be refunded

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit

We will only accept goods back as "change of mind" within seven days of you receiving them. Please note delivery costs will be deducted from any refund given.

Damaged/Faulty products or missing items

Please inspect your purchase as soon as you receive it.

Check to see if the item we have sent is in perfect working condition and make sure we have sent the correct items in the right quantities.

If this is not the case, please notify us within 2 working days of receipt of your item.

If you believe the item you have received has a fault or defect, please contact us within 30 days.

We will advise you on how to return the item and will send you a written confirmation. We ask that you then simply return the item in full, along with the packaging, within 7 working days.

It is your responsibility to make sure that the items are returned to us safely and without any further damage so please ensure it is packed safely and securely. We recommend using a recorded and insured delivery service.

When our returns department receives the item they will inspect it carefully to establish the nature of the fault or defect.

Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any damages caused due to any improper use. If the item is judged to have been damaged through improper use, we will return the item to you and a further delivery charge will be incurred.

If the item is found to have a manufacturing fault or defect we will either attempt to repair the fault or provide a replacement- if applicable, we will also refund you the cost of returning the item back to us.

Please note the initial delivery charges are non refundable.

We aim to refund customers within 14 working days of receiving your goods back into our warehouse. Once processed, refunds will be transferred back to the original credit card used for payment.

These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected
